COVID-19 Announcement

Update no. 4

September 30, 2020

Situation in Cebu City has been controllable the past month and we are under a more relaxed general community quarantine.  We ship 2-3x a week only to maintain a minimal exposure or contact outside. 

All shipments are by sea from the Visayas.  Therefore, shipping takes about 7-10 days thru LBC and JRS.  LBC has better tracking features, while JRS is more economical in price.

Update no. 3

June 15, 2020

Safety is our top priority.  We consolidate all orders for shipping once a week, depending on the number of orders we have packed.  This is to minimize our employee's exposure.

We ask our customers to be extra patient in waiting for their orders as it takes a total of up to a month from production down to delivery at your doorstep.  Thank you for your support and understanding.

Please feel free to follow-up with us regarding the status of your order, to make sure you order is on the pipeline.  We apologize ahead of time if we cannot give a concrete schedule, but rest assured that we are working to ship out orders the best way we can.

We thank our employees for being reliable and for doing their best, despite the difficult situation.

Update no. 2

MAY 28, 2020

As of today, we are still on ECQ and will transition to modified ECQ on June 1-15.  Our employees' movements are still restricted and only 1 employee is able to go to the office to physically fulfill the orders.  We thereby ask for your patience and kind understanding as our lead time to fulfill orders is now 7-10 days.

Update no. 1

Stay home and stay safe!

Cebu City is under enhanced community quarantine.  Our employees are safely staying home.  To keep up with their salaries, we are still open online for orders and pre-payments.  We will ship all orders after May 15, 2020 when our ECQ is lifted.
