Are the decals removable?

Yes, they are removable.  But they are meant for one-time use.  They are not transferrable or reusable.

What is the material of the wall decals?

They are made of vinyl stickers, cut out per letter.  But you won't be sticking them per letter.  A transfer film is used to install the decals on the wall.  Please see our "How to Install" page or Youtube videos to see how to install them as a whole.  The decals will look like they are painted on the walls! They're beautiful! 

They are water-proof and can be wiped with damp cloth.

Will the decals damage paint?

In most cases, the decals will not damage paint, as long as paint was in good condition when the decals were applied.  For newly-painted walls,  it is important to wait 6-8 weeks for paint to completely dry before applying the decals.  Otherwise, if the paint has not completely dried yet, it will stick to the decal and chip off.  

Disclaimer: Because not all paints or walls are the same, it is the user's responsibility to assess the wall.  Decotherapy does not take any responsibility or liability with regards to chipping off of wall paints.

Will the decals stick on my wall?

Decals adhere well to smooth and flat surfaces such as smoothly painted cement, wood or gypsum board walls, glass and mirrors.  Do make sure that the wall is clean and free from oil and dust.

What are my payment options?

We accept BPI, BDO and GCash. (For those who do not have GCash accounts, you may send GCash thru any 7Eleven branch!)

We do not have COD. 

When will my order get delivered?

Current total lead time is 9-14 days.

For maximum quality, our decals are made to order.  This prevents shrinking and crumpling while in storage.  Thus, we need 2-3 days before we can dispatch for shipping.  Shipping then takes 7-10 days delivery.

Can I pick-up my orders instead?

We are based in Cebu City.  Cebu City orders can be picked up at our office.  We do not have a shop display, so orders must be made ahead of time.  Please place an order at the website and click "Pick-up at Cebu Office".  We will contact you once your decals are ready for pick-up.
